Description of goods: all goods are described as clearly as possible, but the hand-knitted garments which are made to order may differ slightly from the design in the photograph. You will be informed of any significant differences, eg., colour variations, yarn substitutions, etc. If a yarn other than that in the photograph is used, it will be of an equal or superior quality, NEVER a lesser quality.
Pricing: all prices are exclusive of P&P.
Ordering: when your order is received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Goods in stock will be despatched within 48 hrs of the order being acknowledged. Goods which require ordering will take longer - we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, at which point you can cancel the order should this date prove unsatisfactory. All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. If you require a garment for a specific date or event, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will do our very best to accomodate you.
Payment: Our payment gateway is PayPal - most major credit cards can be accepted. Uncrossed postal orders are very welcome: these payment methods ensure your goods can be posted to you as soon as payment reaches us. Cheques CANNOT be accepted - I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery: UK - all items will be sent by 1st class delivery.
Overseas - we are happy to post overseas, and we always use International Signed-For Rate.
Returns: we sincerely hope you will have no need to return any goods, but should you wish to do so, please contact us via e-mail prior to sending the item. We will be happy to exchange the goods or offer a refund provided that: (1). the goods are returned within 7 days; (2). the goods are in unused, unworn condition, and all the original packaging is included.
EXCEPTION - Personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty. We will embroider names, dates, etc. EXACTLY as you instruct us, so please make sure details and spellings are correct.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred in the return of the item, or for any loss or damage in the postal system. We strongly recommend you obtain and retain a certificate of posting.
